Dog biscuits are sourced from a culinary micro-enterprise and vocational training program for young adults with intellectual and developmental differences in the North Florida School of Special Education Transition and Post-Graduate programs. These all-natural dog treats incorporate fresh ingredients including wheatgrass, sweet potato, carrot, moringa and rosemary. Using fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden means students involved in our horticulture training program also have a hand in creating the biscuits. The chefs who lovingly create these all-natural dog treats for our furry friends learn to follow recipes, mix ingredients, roll and cut the dough, bake the treats, weigh and package for retail market and prepare custom orders. We celebrate in the qualities that set each of our chefs apart, and recognize that success is achieved when we draw upon each other’s strengths.
You receive one 8 oz. bag of dog biscuits, one small reusable drawstring bag that can be used for holding produce, yarn, etc and one holiday name tag. Approx. size: 8″l. x 8″h. x 4″w.
**Disclaimer – The color, pattern and the size of the fabric bags might vary slightly since they are produced with the waste fabric available and are stitched by hand by people who are still in the process of improving their skills.
